Is the trial period free of charge?
There are no costs during the trial period. Your trial period will end after 14 days.
Can I use all the features during the trial period?
Yes, during the trial period you can use all features of Personizer and you can add an unlimited number of users.
What happens after the trial period?
Any data you have created during the trial period will remain intact. Admins still have access to Personizer and can book a subscription in the app.
What cancellation periods apply?
You can cancel at any time without giving reasons, with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the agreed term.
Are all features available to me on the Basic plan?
No, the Basic plan has a limited set of features. In addition, a maximum of 5 people can use Personizer on the Basic plan.
