How exactly does the referral program work?
As a Personizer customer, you share your personal referral link with colleagues, business partners, or acquaintances. As soon as someone books Personizer through your link, the referral is considered successful – and both parties benefit immediately.
How do I get my referral link?
It’s easy: Click the “Generate Referral Link” button, log in, and copy your unique link – then share it via email, messenger, or social media.
When and how will I receive my referral bonus?
Your reward will be automatically paid out to you via PayPal within 48 hours of a successful referral. Rewards are paid out monthly through our partner Cello in Germany. You can keep track of your earnings at any time on the “Rewards” tab.
What are the requirements for a successful referral?
A referral is considered successful when your contact completes a purchase through your Personizer link. Only then will your bonus be released and your contact receive their discount.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
You can invite as many contacts as you like and collect your rewards. The reward is capped at €1,000.
How long will I receive a bonus?
You will continue to receive the rewards as long as you or the person you invited remain customers of Personizer. If you or your contact cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive rewards.
Do I have to be a Personizer customer myself to make recommendations?
To use the referral program, you must be an existing Personizer customer. If you are not a customer, please feel free to contact us directly at sales@personizer.com. You can still refer others to Personizer even if you are not a customer.
Where can I find the referral program in Personizer?
In Personizer, you can find your personal referral link and your rewards under your profile picture in the top right corner.
